No matter whom you work with, try to prepare your house for moving. Separate the things which are necessary for use after the arrival in a new apartment such as children's things (a minimum of toys, diapers), etc…
Do not pack in boxes with objects and books the most important documents (passports, identity cards, contracts about sale and purchase, insurance policies) money, jewelry and credit cards.
During moving remember a Yiddish saying that compares a moving with a bonfire: if your moving differs from a bonfire you are lucky to have chosen the correct company!
